The Business Development Analyst will manage vendor relationships, oversee financial performance analysis, and support organizational reporting needs.ResponsibilitiesManage vendor relationships and oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of retailer financial performanceMonitor and manage the department’s annual budget, including cost tracking, monthly accounting activities, purchase order creation, and invoice processingSupport organizational reporting needs, including dealer candidate pro‑formas, Regional Reviews, Business Plans, Executive Team presentations, and other performance-driven projectsAdminister the Business Builder Program, including monthly reconciliations, payment calculations, retailer statements, and management of retailer inquiriesManage the Retailer Balanced Scorecard, ensuring accurate preparation, maintenance, and publicationMaintain and update the internal Retailer database, ensuring accuracy and completenessPerform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectivesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be consideredStrong analytical, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience in automotive business operations or finance-related departmentsProven experience in budgeting, financial tracking, and financial statement or accounting analysisHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; VBA experience is an assetAbility to perform effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and consistently deliver high‑quality workStrong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization and dealer networkBenefitsGlobal Bonus Program based on company performanceGenerous time off policyDiscounted Luxury Vehicle Car ProgramGenerous health care and retirement plansQuarterly Chair MassagesMaternity/Paternity LeaveComplimentary lunchCompany OverviewAt Land Rover Experience Eastnor we tailor our corporate days to your requirements; our objective is delivering fun and exciting days.
