Business Data Analyst
Description:
Play a critical role in bridging the gap between data and customer decision-making.
Responsible for constructing business-ready presentations, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights.
Engage with Customer Success and Data Services teams to develop business-focused data solutions.
Convert data insights into visually engaging presentations and customer-facing materials.
Collaborate with clients to drive data requirements and identify data gaps.
Leverage proprietary in-house tools for data transformation, preparation, and analysis.
Perform appropriate data mapping between client-provided and BlastPoint-required attributes.
Support upstream data science, data engineering, and platform onboarding processes.
Conduct quality control checks on all data prior to client presentations.
Become a power user of the BlastPoint platform.
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience... in Business Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, or related fields.
Intermediate to advanced expertise in spreadsheet or BI software.
Ability to translate data science into use case specific customer-facing collateral.
Strong grasp of data analysis from a business perspective.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to accommodate US-based customer time zones.
Independent work ethic in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
