Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting, modelling, and analysing business data to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Working within our Global MI/Data Analytics function, you’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to deliver high‑quality insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Based in Poland, the role will operate on a fully remote basis. What You’ll Do Analyse business processes and identify key data points to support effective operational insights Develop data extraction models and validate, transform, and manage data (ETL) Build and enhance automated reports using Power BI, Excel (Power Query, VBA, DAX, Macros, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint Spot trends and make informed recommendations to stakeholders Prepare regular and ad‑hoc Management Information (MI) reports Act as a key contact for reporting queries, supporting both internal teams and clients Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business What You’ll Bring Essential: Strong business analytical skills Advanced Excel and hands‑on experience with Power BI, SSRS, Power Query, data modelling, and automation tools Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once A relevant degree or professional qualification Desirable: Experience within the Finance or Training sector Why Join Us?
