Our client is a SaaS company based in NYC. This role would sit within their customer experience team.
Job Description
• Analyze data sets and identify any key insights to translate into recommendations.
• Create dashboards to monitor KPI's and communicate insights to the team.
• Plan and analyze AB testing for new features.
• Collaborate with data engineers and BI developers.

The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst / Data Analyst / BI Analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools, modeling, and AB test methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
