Business Buying/Selling M&A Analyst Needed
Need someone with experience with prior M&A and Transaction Advisory as well as an understanding of how to buy and sell businesses and do proper Deal Structuring (either 80/10/10 deal structure with SBA7a etc) We will be reviewing different deals and CIMs and need to have someone that can come in and provide advice and feedback - you will need to be comfortable working in a high paced experienced to be able to respond to client inquiries via email, Whatsapp, and chat real time - ideally during USA EST night hours (or normal day hours if you're overseas in Asia/Europe) The M&A Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, data analysis, collecting diligence from clients, curating pitch books and investor decks, facilitating client relations, and more. You need to be very good with reading and understanding CIMs and being able to setup Excel models for financial analysis and understand DSCR Experience with the SBA7a loan and their guidelines as well is important Apply tot his job
