Business Analyst/Data Modeler

Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data integration and automation projects.Design and develop data models to support the creation of structured Customer, Product, Usage Records.Implement data integration solutions using ETL tools such as Talend or other recommended platforms to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Redshift.Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across different customer records, usage records, product records, etc. maintaining data integrity and reliability.Perform data profiling, validation, and quality assurance to identify and resolve data anomalies or discrepancies.Work closely with stakeholders to define data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and security of data assets.Provide expertise in data modeling techniques, dimensional modeling, and database design principles to optimize data storage and retrieval performance.Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize data workflows, and enhance system scalability and performance.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, analytics, and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven findings.Prior experience in designing data models for integration of data from 3rd party systems is desirable Apply tot his job
