Business Analyst with Scrum Master (must have exp in Banking or Mortgage)

Job Title: Business Analyst with Scrum Master (Banking or Mortgage client exp ) Contract : Long Term Contract Location: (Remote ) USA Scrum Master Duties • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning. • Ensure the team follows Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices. • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. • Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and key metrics. • Support release planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement. Business Analyst Duties • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for RMP and Phixius projects. • Translate business needs into technical specifications, Epics and user stories. • Conduct analysis to identify and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives. • Assist in prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring clarity for development teams. • Maintain alignment between business goals and technical deliverables. Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. • Proven experience as Scrum Master and Business Analyst in Agile environments. • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and frameworks. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams (onshore/offshore). • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
