Seeking a business analyst-scrum master to join insurance carrier business process team. Shall conduct detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing. Position requires a natural analytical way of thinking and ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
** Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
** Conduct reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
** Gathering information from various stakeholders. Perform requirements analysis. Document and present results.
** Communicate insights and plans to stakeholders.
** Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
** Performing user acceptance testing.
** Develop project plans, managing projects, and monitoring performance.
** Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize business systems.
Qualifications:
** Bachelors Degree
** 3+ years of experience in business analysis and QU UAT.
** Ability to work closely with stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
** Excellent documentation skills.
** Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Total compensation package to $140,000 with fully company paid medical, dental, and vision plans for full family.
