Business Analyst - Salesforce

Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce Location: Parsippany, NJ – Remote Job Description: SUMMARY We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst Consultant with Salesforce experience that will have responsibility for eliciting business needs, specifying user stories/use cases, modeling processes, evaluating system impacts, performing detailed analysis, prioritizing business requests, and partnering with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities, enhancements, and fixes in support of various applications. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ● Experience capturing, and documenting B2B customer centric requirements, with a focus on minimizing customer pain points, and providing visibility into operational data. ● Eliciting, documenting, and mapping Salesforce data to/from 3rd party and custom systems (SAP, Data Lake, etc.) ● Perform analysis and design using various methods, including: business requirements, functional specifications, user stories/acceptance criteria, use cases, swim lanes, and process flows, swim lane diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams, and mock-ups/wireframes. ● Understanding of best practices with Digital User Interface designs and User Experience. ● Experience with visually modeling requirements using tools. ● Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology. ● Experience in Jira. ● Experience with documenting requirements for integrations between enterprise systems. ● Strong experience in business process design and workflow analysis. ● Strong knowledge and execution of IT Standards, Policies and Procedures. ● Knowledge of Information Security Practices. ● Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies & Tools. ● Experience in working with multiple data sources and ERPs ● Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus. ● Google Suite and Lucid Charts knowledge is a plus. ● Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud is a plus.
