They are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Analyst to join their Research team, responsible for supporting internal client teams in the execution of Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects across various industries.ResponsibilitiesServe as a Researcher on multiple simultaneous client projects in collaboration with senior Researchers and ConsultantsContribute to key aspects of project work, including identifying and developing a rigorous approach and strategy (e.g., priority targets through market research, utilizing data tools, and scoping out parameters to deliver client solutions at scale and scope)Identify, calibrate and prioritize potential candidates through a thorough research process, the internal Firm network and external resourcesWork broadly across different Firm offerings to continue developing a well-rounded understanding of our solutions to identify the best solutions for individual client needsCreate high-quality client documentation (e.g., candidate profiles, role specifications, search strategies, assessment and client progress reports, etc.)Partner with client teams to develop pitch presentations and business development materials, adapting deliverables and solutions to address specific client needsAct as a partner with consultants to build targeted event lists for business development-related dinners, conferences, and other points of connectionContribute to the Firm’s knowledge management activities by looking for opportunities to learn and share best practicesBegin to develop an area of subject matter expertise, providing insights on important trends and topics to support client teamsSkillsBachelor's degree requiredPrevious project-based experience working effectively on multiple mandates simultaneouslyAbility to effectively operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environmentExceptional critical thinking and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilityDemonstrates very strong attention to detailAffinity and interest in the executive search industryRelevant functional experience of a similar nature (e.g., market research, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, project planning, or high-level administrative support)Forward-thinking, structured, and process-oriented thinkerSelf-starter mentality with good business judgementCompany OverviewEgon Zehnder is a true professional services firm, passionately devoted to your success, ethical in our actions It was founded in 1964, and is headquartered in Geneva, Geneve, CHE, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
