Business Analyst (Pharma Commercial)
The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Business Analyst(Pharma Commercial) for a prominent client of ours. This position is Fully Remote based in Eastern Time. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description • Pay: $91/hr to start • Duration: 12-month assignment with potential extension based on performance and budget • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week • Location: Fully Remote Responsibilities • Conducts advanced analytics to support brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and the evolution of customer engagement channels, including digital and hybrid commercial models. • Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and internal partners to align analytical insights with strategic initiatives and integrate marketing strategies into sales force and digital engagement plans. • Builds and shares expertise in analytical methodologies, tools, and vendor partnerships while establishing efficient work practices to support evolving therapeutic business needs. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • Experience: • 7+ years of analytical experience required (5+ years with a Master’s degree). • Extensive experience analyzing large, de-identified patient claims datasets and integrating insights from multiple sources within large pharmaceutical organizations. (Required) • Strong background in Metabolic therapeutic areas, particularly Cardio-Renal-Metabolic diseases such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Heart Failure. (Highly Preferred) • Proficiency in advanced analytical and digital marketing techniques—including multivariate modeling, promotional responsiveness, and in-campaign optimization—using tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Required) • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights that align with customer needs and drive measurable marketing impact.
