Key Responsibilities Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support informed business decisions. Analyze the performance of various pilot initiatives using testing frameworks such as A/B Testing. Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address them. Proactively search for trends and patterns in the data to identify opportunities or gaps that the business needs to consider or address. Support the design and development of blithequark tools to improve financial targets and value chain capabilities. Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and design executive dashboards. Perform any other related and assigned tasks. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting. Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities. Data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. Proficiency in other MS Office applications, such as PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.
