Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
Questa è una posizione remota. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mid-Level Business Analyst with strong communication skills in both English and French . The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, analyzed, and translated into functional requirements. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations) Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews in English and French Support the design and implementation of business solutions Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of deliverables Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories) Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience in international or multicultural environments Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Background in IT, finance, or digital transformation projects Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar Soft Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude Time management and organizational skills Languages English: Fluent French: Fluent Requirements Benefits
