Business Analyst (Mid-level) The Mid-level Business Analyst supports process documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures automation projects meet business needs and supports training and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with documenting workflows and process requirements • Coordinate with SMEs and developers to refine automation goals • Support training sessions and knowledge transfer initiatives • Track and update process documentation for evolving workflows • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate automation benefits Qualifications: • 2-4 years of business analysis experience • Familiarity with RPA tools and process mapping • UiPath Business Analyst certification preferred • Strong organizational and documentation skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Active Secret Security Clearance • BS in Business or related field • Certifications: UiPath Business Analyst Foundation • Contingent upon award Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and market conditions, with an expected range of $90,000 - $105,000 OM Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
