Business Analyst Supervisor
Location: Remote (must reside within 150 miles of Topeka, KS)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Lead a team of business analysts and IT professionals in aligning technology initiatives with business goals. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on oversight of system changes and IT resource development. You'll manage daily operations, assess project feasibility, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that support agency-wide objectives. This is a remote role but occasional onal trips to Topeka, Kansas will be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee BA and IT teams, set priorities, and manage workflow and deadlines.
• Lead project intake, assess tech needs, and approve system changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and align on goals.
• Develop policies, manage IT risk, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure data security, system reliability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
• Experience: 7–10 years in business analysis, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of IT experience.
• Skills: Leadership, project management, strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving.
• Other: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
