Job Description
Core Responsibilities
ā¢ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
ā¢ Convert requirements into functional specs & user stories
ā¢ Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
ā¢ Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
ā¢ Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis
ā¢ Ensure compliance with GxP / regulatory standards
Must-Have Skills:
ā¢ Strong Business Analysis & documentation skills
ā¢ Experience with PDM, Quality Systems, or Manufacturing Systems
ā¢ Background in Life Sciences domain
ā¢ Strong communication & stakeholder management
ā¢ Ability to work independently
Preferred:
ā¢ Experience with PDM tools / ELN (Labguru)
ā¢ Knowledge of system integrations & data flows
ā¢ Familiarity with FDA, ISO, GxP environments
