You are a strong written and verbal communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership, diverse stakeholders and teams. You are curious, analytically minded, and action oriented. You are responsible for instrumenting, measuring, and analyzing our user acquisition and engagement. Our success is their success.What you do each day:Become an expert in our products and services, and gain a deep understanding of our Pros and how our products and services enable their businessesDrive results by supporting stakeholders in identifying and answering key questions through data-driven analysisDefine problem statements and formulate and execute measurement plans that align with business needsInterpret data and communicate findings back to business stakeholders in written and visual formatDevelop strategic and thoughtful analysis to answer questions such as:How can we get better at understanding when a customer is ready to purchase?How can we segment our customers in meaningful ways, and how can we target each segment most effectively?Drive data-informed strategies, which help improve user acquisition and engagementQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in business administration, finance, economics or data analytics, or equivalent experience2+ years of experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker (Tableau preferred)Proficiency in SQL and transforming raw data into usable data sets for analytical purposesDemonstrated experience sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining them, and answering them comprehensively with data and analyticsExperience in or supporting a customer success function preferredWhat will help you succeed:A self-starter with the ability to learn quicklyAn ability to understand the bigger picture for any requestCurious, innovative mindset with a focus on solving problemsPrompt attention to detailStrength in collaborating cross-functionallyFounded in 2013, Housecall Pro helps home service professionals (Pros) streamline every aspect of their business.
