Business Analyst - Identity Access Management Team

Our Macquarie Asset Management division has embarked on an ambitious roadmap for Identity and Access Management transformation and is now seeking a Business Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management team. This role is based in Macquarie’s new campus in New York. The team performs a vital role for Macquarie Group ensuring access is provided to Macquarie systems to the right users for the right reasons at the right time.

What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst, you will be working with diverse stakeholders representing the asset management business, technology, and operational risk. You will perform business analysis activities for the design and onboarding of asset management applications to our Identity Access Management governance platform (SailPoint IIQ) as well as business process mapping for business Roles, Segregation of Duties and other Identity Access Management related activities.

Salary range for this position: $65,000 - $80,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What You Offer
• Bachelor's degree in finance or another related field.
• 2-5 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of Identity Access Management domains such as Access Management, Identity Life cycle management, Privileged Access Management, etc.
• Experience with reporting and analytics using the SailPoint Identity IQ system or other Access Management tools.
• JIRA and Confluence system experience is highly preferred.
