This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $105,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

About Our Team Our Credit and Fraud Risk team is a critical part of our business, responsible for managing enterprise risks and developing industry-first data capabilities. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project deliverables to achieve business results
Work effectively in a team environment to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions
Communicate complex ideas and solutions to stakeholders
Learn quickly and work independently on sophisticated, unstructured initiatives
Integrate with cross-functional business partners worldwide
Requirements
1+ years' experience in a related field
Ability to drive project deliverables and achieve business results
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Operations Research)
Advanced degree (Masters+) is a plus
Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus
