What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director and interact with middle and upper management
- Create clear and concise Business Requirements Documents
- Develop training guides and conduct training sessions for internal and external clients
- Coordinate with IT teams and Delivery Manager on project releases post-client testing signoff
- Utilize SQL server language to analyze data for requirement gathering and functional testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Four-year degree or higher in medical or computer science fields
- At least 2 years of previous experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance and claims industry
- Familiarity with medical claims processing
- Scrum experience or certification
- Understanding of sprint processes and project management concepts
