Business Analyst, Entry Level
Job Description:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in developing functional specifications and process workflows
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes
• Monitor project progress and help ensure timely delivery
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
