Business Analyst, Data Operation and Management

As a Business Analyst in the Data Operation and Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our data's accuracy, integrity, and availability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and maintain data, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. You are also involved in designing and developing our data warehouse, which we offer to business users as a product using our big-data infrastructure. As business users rely on our data for decision-making and operations, you will have hands-on experience implementing algorithms to ensure data integrity. Responsibilities
Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by implementing validation checks and data quality standards.
Data Maintenance and Cleanup: Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect the most current information. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
Data Integration: Work on data integration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Collaborate with Tech teams to implement data integration solutions.
Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, processes, and data lineage. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related fieldExperience in working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize work2+ years of experience with SQL2+ years of experience in one of the following or related roles - Technical Project Management/ Data AnalyticsExperience in ETL and data warehousingDetail-oriented and good business senseExperience of FinTech startups or financial institutions is a plusExperience in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, is a plus
