Business Analyst, Commercial Operations (Remote)
Work Flexibility: RemoteWhat you will do:The Supply Chain Business Analyst will oversee new requests for inventory placements. In this role, you will build relationships with customers and maximize inventory assets to grow the business. The Supply Chain Business Analyst will partner with Field Offices to ensure customer service levels and satisfaction are met while meeting the overall objective to create a leaner and more profitable supply chain. Responsibilities may include:Analyze data to determine correct placements of new product launch kits and EPS (early product surveillance) setsAssist Field Offices with researching availability of key backordered items from other Field Office locationsPartner with PLCM initiatives to burn down stock and request final ordersProvide data to the Joint Replacement Sales and BOM teams on inventory placements and sales opportunitiesPartner with Demand Planning and Marketing on new product launch forecastsPlay a role in Field budget creationAnalyze and schedule order management activities to support forecasts, target inventories, and multiple supply chain activitiesGenerate suggestions and input that will allow the team to make better supply chain decisionsDeliver forecasts that will be used during monthly IBP meetingsAttend weekly manufacturing and kitting conference callsPrimary contact for Branch OperationsCheck inventory records to determine availability of requested productsPrepare financial analysis of ownership targetsWork with additional Field Offices for alternative product obtainment for underutilized assetsReview inventory turns and make recommendations on increasing or decreasing stock levelsReview weekly instrument budgets and approve instrument asset orders when quarterly budget is exceededProvide management with data that supports or denies requests for increased par levels and expired replacementsRequired: Bachelor's degree - required; Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Finance preferred4+ years of experience with supply chain, warehouse or financial inventory control systems, processes and product placement in a demanding, fast-paced environmentPowerBI or Tableau or equivalent SAP or equivalent ERPPreferred: Power apps experience preferred United States of America Pay Ranges:USN: $77,700 - $129,500 USD AnnualUS5: $81,600 - $136,000 USD AnnualUS10: $85,500 - $142,500 USD AnnualUS15: $89,400 - $148,900 USD AnnualUS20: $93,200 - $155,400 USD AnnualUS30: $101,000 - $168,400 USD AnnualView the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.
