Business Analyst- Brokerage/Delta Data and Fi-Tek

FITS Consulting is seeking a Brokerage Back Office Business Analyst with experience in Fi-Tek and Delta Data products. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Fi-Tek and Delta Data products, mutual funds operations, fee billing procedures, and a keen ability to translate business needs into effective workflows.

Key Responsibilities
• Pair with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements specific to Fi-Tek and Delta Data's products and operations.
• Partner with various internal/external administrators, transfer agencies on compliance, audit and financials, while ensuring all accounting functions follow SEC and FINRA regulations.
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows related to fee billing within mutual funds.
• Perform gap analysis to determine current/future state and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure the testing and training process are running smoothly.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in back-office operations specifically in Fi-Tek and Delta Data Products.
• 4+ years of brokerage/wealth management industry Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Fi-Tek and Delta Data products such as FUNDLinx, Phoenix Systems, National Quality Review, Wheelhouse Analytics Deal Manager, DART, Proprietary Product Manager, The Hub, DaaS, Revenue/Fee Manager.
• Successful track record for completing projects tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with business analysis techniques and tools for Agile based projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
