Business Analyst - Apptech Group LLC

Apptech Group is seeking a senior Business Analyst for an IT project. The work will be done in a joint effort with internal staff, state IT staff and a third-party vendor providing implementation support. The scope of the effort is to perform business analysis activities through its execution.Senior Business Analyst with at least 10+ years applicable experience. Job Requirements: Experience planning and/or implementing CCWIS and/or Child Welfare Systems with other states and entities is preferredExperience in Business Analysis with Government projectsExpertise in User Story DevelopmentAbility to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly languageExperience with projects for system replacement and/or upgradeUnderstanding of project management principles, including planning, organizing, and managing resourcesPrior experience using Azure Dev OpsInternational Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification at the CCBA or CBAP level preferredRequired ServicesIdentify business and technical needs of the business.Understand the portfolio, program and projects at the strategic, initiative, and deliverable levels.Determine the appropriate business analysis strategy for a given initiative and manage the execution of that strategy.Work with stakeholders across levels, functions, culture and geography.Manage communications vertically and horizontally to support the success of business analysis activities.Mediate between project stakeholders.Contribute proactively to the continuous improvement and maturation of the business analysis within the portfolio.Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
