About the Role:
Managing and submitting offers through required review cycles
Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns
Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns
Supporting the team's operational reporting and tracking
Collaborating with technology teams to set up, track, and validate offers
Providing training and support to marketing partners
Driving process improvements and efficiencies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Related experience in marketing execution or project management (an plus)
Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution
Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results
Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to think creatively and innovate
Excellent communication skills
Comfort with and ability to understand technical systems and capabilities
