Business Analyst
The State of Utah is seeking a Business Analyst for the Office of Medicaid Operations. This role involves managing workloads related to Medicaid claims, providing technical assistance, and coordinating project plans to enhance claims processing efficiency. Responsibilities Manage the additional workload which has increased as a result of the launch of PRISM and process changes Support the team in reducing EOP workload lead time Handle claim adjustments for EOP services and understanding of general claims knowledge as well as other workloads assigned Conduct research, analyze data and troubleshooting Project plan development – defines project scope, organizes, plans, and coordinates assignment of functions Skills Have knowledge/experience with Medicaid policy and claims processing Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Office Systems - Word, Excel, PowerPoint PRISM, DMP, PEGA knowledge and general Medicaid policy Benefits Job Stability: Enjoy the security and reliability of employment within a well-established organization.
