Business Analyst
Helion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join their growing team. Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into clear documentation, reports, and insights Assist in analyzing processes, workflows, and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Support project planning by helping define scope, timelines, and success metrics Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to internal teams Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, finance, and technology teams Help test solutions and validate that business requirements are met Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, operations, or similar role (internships count!)
