Business Analyst

`Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, Python (advanced preferred), and an ability to derive actionable insights is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency.Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis. Visualization and Reporting:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance.Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights. Statistical and Predictive Modeling:Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models to guide decision-making. Problem-Solving:Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, etc.) to define and execute business strategies.Technical Skills:Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced knowledge preferred).Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Work Ethic: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
