Bureau Data Reporting Analyst II

The Bureau Data Reporting Analyst II is responsible for reporting statistical and financial data to various mandated agents and agencies, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring timely completion of assessments and data calls. Responsibilities Reporting statistical and financial data to the various mandated statistical agents and federal/state agencies Obtaining the required information to complete and pay the assessments/surcharges in a timely manner Utilize Oracle and cube data for a more efficient and accurate data to balance back to state pages Work with IT to validate and test the accuracy of the data provided for each Assessment and Data Call Update SharePoint daily (attaching all documentation related to each Assessment and Data Call) Build relationships and effective partnerships with external bureaus and states, AmTrust IT, and other various departments within AmTrust such as Account Payable, Claims, Legal Compliance, and Tax Keeps current with market trends and demands Performs other functionally related duties as assigned Skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational, time management, analytical, customer service and interpretive skills Ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, as well as individually Associates Degree or higher of college 1 to 2 years' experience in the Insurance Industry Benefits Medical & Dental Plans Life Insurance, including eligible spouses & children Health Care Flexible Spending Dependent Care 401k Savings Plans Paid Time Off Company Overview AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates as a multinational property and casualty insurance company.
