Leading building supply looking for an in-house sales/customer support professional. This is an opportunity for full-time career!! The ideal talent Job Requirements: ? Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. ? Prior sales experience. ? Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and vendors, both written and verbally ? PC knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet) ? Customer service oriented ? Good communication skills, excellent phone etiquette skills, and ability to multitask.
salary: $17 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Inside Sales Representative
Duties Include:
? Assisting Managers and Outside Sales in obtaining customer satisfaction by
performing clerical and administrative duties relating to client communications as
well as assist incoming customers with sales.
? Receiving calls and helping walk ins from both commercial and residential
customers for quotes and orders as well as inputting into the GUI system.
? Maintaining timely and effective paper flow and communication within department
and to other departments.
? Setting up deliveries and processing orders through the shipping stage.
? Assisting the existing customer base in the building materials industry.
The essential functions of this role include:
? working in a smoke free environment
? wearing steel toe shoes
? standing for 4 hours at one time
