We are building an AI-powered guest messaging SaaS for Airbnb hosts and property managers. The system will seamlessly integrate with PMS (Property Management Softwares) like Guesty, Hostaway, Uplisting, and OwnerRez to automate guest communication.
This tool will use AI (GPT-4) to generate smart, human-like responses for common guest inquiries, booking confirmations, check-in details, and issue resolution'all managed within the host's PMS dashboard.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced development team to bring this project to life.
Key Features & Scope of Work:
1. AI-Powered Guest Messaging System
? Connects to PMS APIs (Guesty, Hostaway, Uplisting, etc.) to fetch guest messages
? Uses GPT-4 API to generate personalized, automated replies
? Allows hosts to customize AI responses based on property details
2. PMS Integration & API Connectivity
? Develop secure API connections with PMS platforms to manage guest communication
? Ensure real-time message syncing and AI-triggered responses
? Enable multi-account support for property managers handling multiple listings
3. Host Dashboard (Web App)
? UI/UX Design & Development (React.js or Next.js)
? Dashboard for managing AI settings, viewing messages, and tracking performance
? Admin panel for internal management (user onboarding, API connections, analytics)
4. AI Customization & Learning
? Hosts can train AI on property-specific FAQs and guest interactions
? AI learns from past conversations to improve responses
? Multi-language support (English, Spanish, Arabic, French, etc.)
5. Secure, Scalable Backend Architecture
? Backend API (FastAPI/Django or Node.js/Express)
? PostgreSQL or Firebase for storing conversations & AI training data
? Scalable infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
Who We're Looking For:
We need a full development team or a highly skilled agency with expertise in:

Experience working with GPT-4 API / OpenAI API
Fine-tuning AI models for chatbot responses

Strong experience with Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js (Express.js)
