Build, Operations Analyst and Chief of Staff

The Build Chief of Staff role involves coordinating and executing strategies for the Build leadership team, ensuring effective operations and communication across various functions.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Build leadership forums, planning cycles, OKRs, and cross-functional working sessionsPrepare agendas, consolidate inputs, track actions, and support follow-through on decisionsSupport translation of Build strategy into coordinated execution across Build functionsTrack initiative progress, dependencies, and risks, providing clear summaries to leadershipAssemble workforce planning and capacity views in partnership with Sales, Delivery, and Build leadersFacilitate alignment on staffing models, sponsorship practices, and team health approachesAct as a coordination and escalation point for contingent workforce resources and contractorsSupport collection and visibility of engagement health and delivery metricsCoordinate and facilitate SOW and proposal review sessions, ensuring the right inputs and stakeholders are presentPartner with Finance and Operations to assemble utilization, margin, and profitability views for Build leadershipServe as a coordination interface between Build and adjacent functions such as Sales, Finance, People, and OperationsSupport clear, consistent communication of priorities, decisions, and changes across BuildSkillsExperience supporting operating rhythms such as planning cycles, OKRs, and leadership forumsCoordination of cross-functional working sessions, including agendas, notes, and action trackingExposure to strategy-to-execution planning and helping translate priorities into actionable plansExperience tracking initiative progress, dependencies, and risks, and escalating issues as neededExperience preparing clear summaries and updates for leadership and stakeholdersExposure to workforce planning and capacity tracking in partnership with delivery and functional leadersSupporting staffing coordination and visibility into team health and engagement metricsCoordinating with contractors and contingent workforce resources as a point of contactExposure to commercial and financial processes, including SOW/proposal reviews and utilization reportingExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, People, and Operations to support alignment and communicationBenefitsFlexible, client-aligned work model — autonomy with accountability, adapting to client delivery needsVariable bonus & RRSP contributions tied to performance and delivery impact4 weeks paid time off (plus public holidays)Paid professional development days and continuous learning opportunitiesComprehensive health & dental coverage, including mental health supportCommitment to lifelong learning — continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and certificationCompany OverviewRAVL provides advisory and engineering solutions for financial services challenges.
