Build Google Sheets Calculator to Forecast Team Capacity for Client Onboarding
I’ve started building a Google Sheets tool to help forecast team capacity for onboarding and managing new clients, and I’m looking for an expert to help finish and polish it.
✅ What’s Already Done:
Sheet with team member inputs (name, start date, weekly capacity)
Sheet with new client inputs (start date, assigned team member)
Onboarding curve table (how much time each client takes week-by-week)
Basic forecast structure (weeks laid out by team member)
What I Need You to Do:
Build formulas to calculate assigned hours per team member per week, based on client start dates and the onboarding curve
Show weekly remaining capacity and flag when someone is overloaded
Include ability to simulate hiring new team members mid-stream
Bonus: make it user-friendly and visually clean (conditional formatting, charts optional)
Timeline:
Would love to wrap this up within a few days.
