• Access the platform via both web browser and mobile app (iOS + Android)

3. User Accounts
• Sign up with email or Google/Apple

4. Modern Custom UI/UX
• Simple, sleek, mobile-first web design
• Separate but matching designs for mobile app (can be hybrid like Flutter or React Native)
