Budgets Manager

Job Description: • Directly responsible for the development and negotiation of clinical trial budgets for assigned projects and ensuring contracts are routed and executed timely • Creates budget grids, negotiates budget and payment terms, and routes final documents for signatures • Reviews, negotiates, and routes clinical trial budget and contract amendments for execution • Collaborates with individual sites on their specific trial needs • Works collaboratively, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external entities • Utilizes internal systems of Devana and LinkSquares for internal and external communications • Actively and effectively communicates status of budget negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders, escalating any issues that could impact project timelines or other aspects for study start-up • Ensures timelines and goals are met • Assist with special projects as needed Requirements: • Education - bachelors-degree in business or a health-related field required • 3+ years of experience negotiating budgets and contracts in a clinical research setting (site, CRO or sponsor) • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on securing favorable terms while managing multiple stakeholders’ needs • Ability to analyze protocols and complex budget data and identify opportunities to maximize revenue • Commitment to continuous improvement, staying updated on industry practices and proactively suggesting process enhancements to streamline budget management workflows • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task • Accomplishes work in accordance with scheduled objectives and effectively meets deadlines • Independent, resourceful and a solutions-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Self-starter with an ability to maintain high degree of professionalism and integrity • Able to build effective working relationships and collaborate within the organization across all levels • Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving skills • Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions to everyday problems and company strategies Benefits: • Full Time, Permanent • Fully Remote • Regular Business Hours
