US Mobile is growing faster than any carrier in the US right now. We're a venture-backed company entering hyper growth- we make $200M in ARR with over 100% year-over-year growth, with a budget for advertising this year to finally put us on the mainstream map: SuperBowl Ad, commercials, etc.
After 10 years in the game and establishing a cash-flow positive service, we're working with an amazing, reputable rebrand agency (COLLINS) for our new look and strategy to acquire our next 1M+ lines. You'll join as the most senior Brand IC to push this bar higher, define our brand guidelines, and create assets potentially seen on a Superbowl Ad, commercials, social media, etc. Our brand is non-corporate, and close to / champions real users.
Qualifications / Responsibilities
• * Experience working on consumer facing technology.
• Impeccable visual skills in type, color theory, textures, grid systems, etc.
• Iterate with external agency on new brand assets and guidelines. They’ll propose a few concepts, you'll push the bar higher. (Aug and on)
• Create Brand Extensions for Landing Pages, Digital & Physical Ads, Emails, Video Thumbnails, Campaigns, Assets for App Experiences.
• Create Internal Brand Guidelines with/for your Brand Team to follow
• Lead the Brand team towards consistency and adherance towards Brand Guidelines.
• Grow and manage your Brand Team. (Brand IC's, possibly Copywriters)
• Complete requests from Growth Campaigns, Marketing / Landing Pages, Advertising.
• Lead is a shepherd for consistency and unified creative direction for Brand. Enforce guidelines post-COLLINS.
• Manage creatives to make awesome deliverables across touchpoints: digital ads, physical ads, commercials, OOH, etc.
• Bonus: Experience in Growth Campaigns, can advise where to spend marketing dollars for best ROI. Experience directing commercials.
