You will work closely with the Brand Engagement Supervisor to help coordinate activations, analyze performance, and ensure seamless execution across multiple touchpoints. Your ‘day to day’: Assist in planning and coordinating brand engagement activities, campaigns and on-ground activations. Support the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, visibility, engagement KPIs). Work with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Marketing, Agencies) to ensure consistent and timely execution of initiatives. Help monitor market performance, competitor activity and consumer insights, summarizing findings in clear formats. Coordinate operational tasks such as asset tracking, briefing materials, following timelines, and updating internal platforms. Assist in managing stakeholder communication, ensuring that field teams receive the right information at the right time. Who We’re Looking For: We welcome students in their last year of education or recently graduated who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have: Studies in areas like Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics or a related field. Interest in innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills‑solving, and learning new skills Strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian language. Strong analytical skills. Excellent level of Excel, Word, Power-point. Energetic and ambitious personality who want to see results. Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries. Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business. A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
