As we accelerate global expansion, we are looking for a bold, visionary Brand Director to architect and lead our brand strategy across markets and drive measurable impact at scale.About the RoleAs Brand Director, you will be the strategic force behind EMCDs global brand presence. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, identity and perception of a market-leading crypto ecosystem. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Sales and Business Development, while building or reshaping the brand marketing function to match the pace of EMCDs growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead EMCDs global brand strategy across B2B, B2C and institutional channelsDefine and monitor core brand and campaign KPIs (Brand Lift, Share of Voice, ROI, CPA, CTR, etc.)Build and manage a high-performing brand marketing team, setting objectives, KPIs and conducting regular reviewsOwn the global brand platform and visual/verbal identityLead integrated campaigns across PR, digital, influencer and partnershipsOptimize brand marketing budgets and campaign performanceEnsure brand consistency and oversee strategic sponsorships and eventsRequirements:7+ years in brand/marketing leadership, ideally in fintech, crypto or digital agenciesProven track record of high-ROI brand campaignsStrong expertise in creative strategy, PR, SMM and influencer marketingData-driven mindset with hands-on experience in campaign performance toolsFluency in both English and Russian is essential in this role; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.What We Offer:Fully remote format - work from anywhere in the world, with no geographical constraints.Extended time off - 28 calendar days of annual paid vacation, plus 12 additional bonus days.Paid sick leave - with streamlined processes and no unnecessary bureaucracy.Professional development support - compensation for relevant courses, certifications and training programs.Meaningful impact - real ownership of complex, high-impact tasks and the opportunity to shape critical fintech infrastructure.Why Join EMCD?Join a global leader at a pivotal moment of growth.
