About the Role The Brand & Creative Operations team is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Project Manager to support a variety of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating structure within ambiguity, and is passionate about helping creative teams operate efficiently. The Project Manager will work closely with business leads, creative teams, marketers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage projects from kickoff through final delivery.

The role supports integrated campaigns and high-volume digital asset production across multiple channels, including:
• Social Media
• Online Video (OLV)
• Digital Advertising
• Email Marketing
• In-App Creative

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and excited about the intersection of creativity and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution
• Manage day-to-day execution of creative campaigns, social activations, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, trackers, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation through delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate communication between Brand & Creative teams, Marketing, Production, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource planning across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate alignment across teams while balancing speed, quality, and business needs.

Creative Asset Management
• Oversee development and delivery of digital creative assets across social, email, display, and in-app channels.
• Ensure deliverables are routed, reviewed, approved, and delivered on schedule.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm accuracy, completeness, and brand alignment.

Process Improvement & Operations
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve blockers.
• Help improve workflows, operational processes, and team collaboration methods.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools to streamline visibility and efficiency.
• Explore and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, to enhance creative operations.

Required Qualifications
• 4–6+ years of experience in:
• Project Management
• Creative Operations
• Marketing Operations
• Production Management
• within an in-house creative team or agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working with creative production workflows across digital, social, and video channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in fast-moving environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as:
• Monday.com
• Figma
• Similar workflow tools
• Strong accountability, follow-through, and ownership mentality.
• Passion for creative operations, process optimization, and scalable workflows.
