If you get excited by the thought of working really hard on these kinds of problems, then EliseAI is the right place for you.About The RoleAs a Brand & Motion Designer, you play a pivotal role in shaping and orchestrating our visual identity across static and motion media. You’ll develop and refine brand designs, craft motion graphics, and tell compelling visual stories that resonate with our audiences. You’ll drive projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables independently while collaborating across disciplines to ensure all work aligns with brand standards, user needs, and business goals.You’ll demonstrate depth in both visual and motion design, proactively planning and prioritizing your work. You’ll lead conversations within your domain, offering strategic recommendations and guiding design choices to deliver high-quality outcomes that elevate our brand and drive engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for both static and motion design expressionsEvolve and expand the brand system to ensure consistency and scalability across all customer touch pointsConceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations that bring stories, products, and messages to lifeDevelop motion design strategies that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagementBuild out motion design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency across all motion assetsScale motion practices through the creation of training videos, product explainers, and reusable motion templatesCreate multimedia narratives that communicate the essence of teams, projects, or products, tailored to specific audiences and objectivesEvolve the website and other digital experiences to effectively communicate our value proposition and brand positioningDesign a broad range of marketing materials—including digital and print ads, social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentations, and promotional itemsCollaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between design vision and executionManage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsSupport product design initiatives to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand identityAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamRequirements2+ years of professional brand and motion design experienceComfortable working in fast paced environment with high volume of deliverablesImpeccable execution and care for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to motion and brand designStrong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skillsConfident presentation and storytelling abilitiesComfort and confidence in collaborating closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and productProficiency with contemporary design tools and methods such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) and FigmaWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
