The Branch Support Analyst will provide customer service support for branches, manage licensing and registration records, and assist with new hire processing.ResponsibilitiesProvide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration recordsFunction as an information resource and quality controlUnder general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needsReview and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidatesUpdate and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applicationsSkillsExcellent communication skills and providing feedbackStrong work ethics, reliable and innovativeAbility to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environmentGreat organizational skillsGood team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as neededProficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applicationsKnowledge of SEC, FINRA and StateBachelor's degree preferred1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferredBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionA 401(k) planPaid time offCompany OverviewEquitable provides consulting services to secure the financial well-being and retirement strategies for individuals and families.
