Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Branch Manager / Mortgage Loan Officer. The Branch Manager / Mortgage Loan Officer will oversee branch production, develop and manage a pipeline of mortgage loans, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines and company policies. Daily responsibilities include originating and structuring mortgage loans, reviewing borrower documentation, coordinating with underwriting, processing, and closing teams, and monitoring loan files from application through funding. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners, as well as driving local business development efforts and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will balance hands-on loan origination with leadership responsibilities to support branch growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as a Loan Officer and/or Branch Manager in the Mortgage Industry, with a strong track record of production and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending practices, including familiarity with various loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, investment, and non-QM as applicable).
• Solid understanding of Underwriting guidelines, documentation requirements, and risk assessment to structure quality files and collaborate effectively with underwriting teams.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex mortgage concepts clearly, manage expectations, and guide borrowers through the entire loan process.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and coaching abilities to support branch performance, mentor loan officers, and foster a collaborative remote work environment.
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills, including experience cultivating referral partners and local market presence.
• Comfort working in a technology-driven, virtual mortgage platform, with proficiency in LOS, CRM, and digital communication tools.
• Current NMLS registration and appropriate state licensing (Florida and any additional relevant states), with a clean regulatory and credit history.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
