Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Listen actively to customer concerns and address them promptly
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM systems and other tools to document and track customer interactions
• Adhere to company... policies and procedures while interacting with customers
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
• Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools
• Good multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
• Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends
