Bookkeeping Software Customer Support
Working Solutions provides business consulting services and is seeking independent contractors experienced in bookkeeping/accounting practices and using accounting software to assist customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting needs. This is a remote, independent contractor role that provides customer support via... phone.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs.
Provide exceptional customer service over the phone in a virtual or 'brick and mortar' call center environment.
Take ownership of customer issues in order to provide confident resolution.
Maintain a quiet, uninterrupted workspace and an organized desk area.
Meet technology requirements including a personal computer, broadband internet connection, Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system, valid antivirus software, and a wired USB headset with microphone.
Skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
Bookkeeping/accounting expertise to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
Strong ownership of customer issues in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
Tech savvy and avid computer user.
Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Quiet, uninterrupted space
Organized desk area
Personal computer (no tablet)
Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date

Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apples Boot Camp utility.
