Bookkeeping Associate
Job Summary: Bookkeeper for real estate development and property management organization to work with four person team of CFO, Controller, and accounting manager. This position requires experience in bookkeeping and accounting principles. Real estate industry experience is helpful and not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports while ensuring timely approvals and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts monthly.
• Manage vendor accounts, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field helpful and not required.
• Bookkeeping experience, or other experience with numbers or data; helpful if in real estate or a related industry.
• Comfortable with technology and proficiency in accounting software.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Google, particularly Sheets (or Microsoft Excel).
