Bookkeeper Requirements:
⢠BS preferred.
⢠Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - 5+ years preferred.
⢠Proficiency in QuickBooks.
⢠Ability to maintain a high client load.
⢠Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
⢠Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
⢠Prior experience with remote work is a plus.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
⢠Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
⢠Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
⢠Prepare and process payroll in a timely manner.
⢠Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
⢠Generate financial reports for management review.
⢠Maintain organized financial records for auditing purposes.
⢠Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
