Key Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:
?Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
?Manage processing of invoices and payments
?Manage the monthly financial close process, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses and deferred revenue amortization, inventory assets, purchase reimbursement coding, and credit card payment allocation
?Review and reconcile General Ledger accounts
?Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital
?Payroll processing and management
What the Successful Bookkeeper candidate will have:
?Proven Financial Reporting Experience
?Accounts Payable and Receivable Experience
?General Ledger Management experience
?Experience with Cash Management
?Solid understanding of payroll management
?Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial records
?Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self motivation and initiative
?Discretion and integrity when handling confidential financial information
?Detail-oriented and deadline driven
?Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
Education and Experience Requirements:
?AA or (preferred) BS in Accounting
?Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
?Proficiency in QBO - certified preferred, Microsoft Excel and ideally Bill.com
