Bookkeeper for Accounts Receivable & Payable | QuickBooks Online | Part-Time

Job Overview:
We are a fintech payments company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage accounts receivable and payable, along with basic bookkeeping and transaction reconciliation for our growing business. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is required, while experience with Ramp and Rippling is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ā Reconcile approximately 100 transactions per week
Ā Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Online
Ā Utilize Ramp and Rippling for expense management
Ā Process and manage invoices, payments, and receipts
Ā Assist in month-end closing processes
Ā Identify and flag any unusual or discrepancies in transactions
Ā Work with internal teams to ensure financial data aligns with company goals
Qualifications:
Ā 3-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Ā Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Ā Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ā Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Ā Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred:
Ā Familiarity with Ramp and Rippling is a plus
