We work with companies across Ireland, the UK, Europe, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, supplying skilled professionals from the Philippines, South Africa, Colombia, UAE, India, and Bangladesh.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all company transactions.Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and manage ledgers daily.Process invoices, payments, and expense reports promptly and accurately.Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payments and collections.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals during audits and tax filings.Support payroll processing by preparing necessary reports and documentation.Communicate financial information effectively to management and other departments.
